LLANGAN CHILD CARE
Llangan Child Care is a fully registered, afternoon day care facility, proudly established at our school.

Parents of children aged 3-4 years can apply for a place in our privately run day care, which operates from 11:30am to 3:20pm each day. The provision accommodates up to 20 children, maintaining a staff-to-child ratio of 1:8 to ensure every child receives the care and attention they deserve.

Our experienced and dedicated Llangan Child Care team bring a wealth of knowledge in Foundation Phase teaching and child development. Our childcare provision offers a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. Every day is filled with exciting opportunities for exploration and discovery, both indoors and outdoors. Children enjoy a wide range of hands on activities, including arts and crafts, imaginative play in our mud kitchen, water play, role play activities, cooking and baking, board games, outdoor learning adventures that encourage curiosity and confidence and so much more! Our ethos is that children learn best through play in their early years and our engaging environment allows them to develop important social, physical, and communication skills while having fun and creating lasting memories. Many children who attend our afternoon childcare also enjoy mornings in our Nursery, but we warmly welcome applications from ‘Rising 3s’ (children who have turned 3 but are not yet allocated a Nursery place) subject to availability.

We are proud to be part of the Welsh Government’s ‘30 Hours of Free Childcare for 3-4 Year Olds’ scheme, offering eligible working parents a flexible, high quality childcare solution.
