What a whirlwind of a week it has been in school! Our pupils have thrown themselves into their learning and leadership roles with incredible focus and energy. Here is a look at what we have been up to across the week:

Local History & Cynefin Mini-Inquiry We launched our new mini-inquiry exploring Cynefin—our sense of place, belonging, and connection to the local community. The children have begun investigating the rich history of our local area, asking thoughtful questions and exploring how our surroundings have evolved over time.

School Leadership Team Announced It was a momentous week for pupil voice! Following fantastic speeches and applications, we have officially selected our Head Boy and Head Girl, awarded Prefect duties, and appointed our new House Captains. Every pupil who applied showed brilliant maturity, and we are so proud of our new Year 6 leaders as they step into their roles.

Year 6 Mathematics Alongside their leadership responsibilities, our Year 6 pupils have been working hard in the classroom, diving straight into targeted mathematics revision to build confidence and consolidate key skills for the year ahead.

Forest School Announcement We have finalised our planning for Forest School sessions for our Year 3, Year 4, and Year 5 classes.

• Details: Sessions will run as planned. Please ensure your child comes dressed in suitable outdoor clothing and footwear on Thursdays.
