This week, Tylluan Eira have been buzzing with excitement as they prepared for their big moment at the Farmers Market. What an incredible day it turned out to be!

In the lead-up to the event, the children poured their creativity into making bright, colourful bunting to decorate their stall and designing eye-catching labels for their handmade smoothie creations. The classroom was filled with cutting, colouring, sticking and lots of discussions as everyone worked together to make everything just right.

On Friday, it was time to get blending and the smoothie station was in full swing! The children created three fruity favourites that were a hit with customers of all ages:

🍓 Strawberry Swirl – a creamy classic bursting with juicy strawberries and bananas.
🥭 Mango Tango – a tropical treat with mango and pineapple. 
🫐 Berry Blast – a vibrant mix of berries and cranberry juice. 

The children took turns blending ingredients, pouring smoothies, and greeting their customers with confident smiles and friendly chatter. It was lovely to hear them talk about how they made each drink. 

With their colourful stall, delicious drinks, and enthusiastic teamwork, it’s no surprise that Tylluan Eira’s smoothies were a sell-out success. Customers couldn’t get enough, with many returning for a second helping (or third!).

We are incredibly proud of the whole class for their creativity, teamwork and fantastic attitude throughout. It was hands-on learning at its best, and a memory we’re sure they’ll treasure.
