What an egg-citing week it’s been in our classroom! We were absolutely thrilled to welcome some brand-new fluffy friends – the chicks! Mrs. Hughes kindly brought them in after they hatched, and the children have taken their role as little carers very seriously. With gentle hands and kind hearts, we've been learning how to keep them safe, warm, and happy.

 The arrival of the chicks sparked rich conversations about life cycles, farming, and the journey food takes from field to fork. The children have been curious, thoughtful, and full of questions – a true joy to witness.

In addition to our animal adventures, the Pili Palas have been shining in all areas of learning. We've been working hard to show off our skills through a range of different quizzes and challenges – from literacy to maths, there's been lots of perseverance and resilience.
