Over the break, we invite your child to take part in a Nature Investigation. This is a wonderful opportunity for them to explore the outdoors, develop curiosity, and share their discoveries with their friends when we return to nursery and begin our new topic.

Here are some ideas to support your child’s investigation:

• Go on a bug hunt in the garden, park, or local green space
• Visit the seaside and explore rock pools (if possible)
• Look for signs of spring such as flowers, leaves, and animals
• Collect natural objects like sticks, stones, or leaves
• Take photos or draw pictures of what they find

Please send your child back with any photos, drawings, or items they would like to share. We will use these to create a class display and celebrate their learning together.
