This week has been full of buzzing excitement (quite literally!) and great teamwork!

Trip to Ynysddu Primary School – Apiary Visit
On Monday, we had the fantastic opportunity to visit Ynysddu Primary School’s apiary. We learned all about how bees live, work, and help our environment. It was fascinating to see the beehives up close and understand how honey is made. Everyone asked brilliant questions and showed great curiosity. A huge thank you to Ynysddu for hosting us!

Sports Day Practice
Unfortunately, the weather didn’t play along for our Sports Day. But that didn’t stop us! We had a fun and energetic afternoon practice session with Nursery through to Year 6. It was a great way to make sure everyone knows what to do on the big day – and there were lots of smiles and encouragement all around.

Literacy – Instruction Writing Journey Completed!
We’ve reached the end of our Literacy Instruction unit! Everyone worked hard to plan, draft, and edit their own clear and creative sets of instructions. We’re really proud of how much our writing has improved – and how confident we’ve become at explaining things step-by-step.

Summer Play Auditions
Excitement is growing for our upcoming Summer Play! This week we held auditions, and we were blown away by the talent and enthusiasm shown. Whether it was singing, acting, or speaking confidently, every student gave it their all. Casting will be announced soon – watch this space!
