👉 We harvested some of our early crops from the polytunnel: broad beans, potatoes, chard, radishes, onions, carrots and strawberries. 🍓🥕🧅

👉 We explored veggie facts and wonders, cooked our broad beans with butter for a tasty treat, and enjoyed nibbling on sweet strawberries. 😋

👉 The children planted runner bean seedlings, tackled the dreaded bindweed, and discovered a beautifully built nest in one of our empty bird boxes — nature is amazing! 🪺✨

👉 We also had a fun veggie & wildlife quiz and made the most of our special Outdoor Learning area. 

A lovely day of learning, discovery and a little bit of mud thrown in for good measure! 🩵
