Homework: A Day in the Life of a Pirate 🏴‍☠️

Reception:

Imagine you are a pirate for the day!

• Think about what you do in the morning, at lunch, and in the evening.
• Draw pictures of what you do at each time.
• You can voice record yourself talking about your pictures on seesaw.

Year 1:

Imagine you are a pirate for a day and keep a pirate diary.

• Write down what time you do each activity and exactly what you do. For example:

7:00 am – Wake up and clean my pirate ship

12:00 pm – Eat lunch of bread and cheese

6:00 pm – Check the treasure map

• Try to write at least 3 entries (morning, lunch, evening).
• You can add small drawings if you like.

Challenge – To write at least 5 entries of your day.
