  Text Box: Year 2 and 3 Homework 19th December 2025 RWI – Please practise the sounds / red words in your reading record / Learning log. Reading – Please practise reading every day. Mathletics – Please log into Mathletics and complete the assigned homework. You can complete as many of the following activities as your wish Write or draw a Christmas Card for a family member. Include their name, a festive message and your name. Count the decorations on your Christmas tree and on a relatives/friend’s tree. What is the difference? What is the total amount? Write a Christmas story. This can be in any format you wish, such as a cartoon strip or storybook. Find shapes around your home. Sort them into 2d and 3d. Help make a Christmas treat (biscuits, cookies, cakes). Write down your instructions of how you made them. Can you take a picture of your Christmas Treat Make a Christmas decoration using paper, recycled items or natural objects. Homework to be returned on Wednesday 7th January 2025
