What a busy and exciting week we have had in Dosbarth Gwenynen as we enjoy the lead-up to Christmas!

This week, the children took part in our Christmas concerts, and we are so proud of how confident and enthusiastic they were. Thank you for your support and for coming to watch – it meant a lot to the children.

In class, we have continued to develop our number skills. The children have been recognising numbers up to 15, and some children are now writing numbers to 10 independently, which is fantastic progress.

We have also been very busy with Christmas crafts, creating lots of lovely decorations and artwork. The children enjoyed being creative and talking about their work.

A very special highlight of the week was our visit from Santa, which caused lots of excitement and smiles all around!

We also enjoyed our Christmas dinner together. The children were very proud to use the placemats they made themselves, which made the occasion even more special.

Finally, Miss Davies, Mrs Hill and myself would like to say a huge thank you for all the lovely cards and gifts we have received. We would also like to take this opportunity to wish all families a safe and happy holiday.
