As we approach the festive season, it’s hard to believe that we’re already at the end of another term! This week has been particularly special, filled with the sounds of music and laughter as we prepared for our much-anticipated carol concert on Wednesday. The excitement in the air was palpable as students gathered for concert practice, honing their voices and perfecting their performances. It’s truly heartwarming to see their enthusiasm and dedication, and I can’t wait for everyone to experience the joy of our concert.

On Thursday, we took a delightful break from our usual routine to enjoy our Christmas dinner together. Sharing a meal with our teaching staff is always a highlight of the year. The atmosphere was warm and festive, with everyone bringing their own stories and laughter to the table. It’s these moments of togetherness that remind us of the importance of community and the bonds we share as a team. The food was delicious, and the company was even better, making it a truly memorable occasion.

Friday brought even more festive cheer as we celebrated with an awards ceremony. It was wonderful to acknowledge the hard work and achievements of our students, recognising their efforts in a fun and supportive environment. Following the ceremony, we hosted a small class party filled with games and activities that brought out everyone’s competitive spirit! From festive quizzes to traditional Christmas games, the laughter and joy were infectious. It was the perfect way to end the week, and as we wrapped up our celebrations, we exchanged heartfelt wishes for a Merry Christmas.

As we head into the holiday break, I want to take a moment to wish each and every one of you a fantastic time with your families.
