This week in Dosbarth Gwenynen, we’ve had a fantastic time exploring, creating, and learning.

We explored 2D shapes and practised identifying and naming them through fun activities in class.

Our little pirates used technology to create pirate pictures, combining imagination with digital skills.

We have been busy writing letters to pirates and posting them in our class pirate post box. We also labelled parts of a pirate ship and various pirate items, linking our writing to our topic.

We made bird feeders by threading Cheerios onto pipe cleaners and talked about the importance of looking after the birds during the cold weather.

Children built their own junk model pirate ships, exploring their creativity and problem-solving skills.

We practised our performance for Jump Out Afternoon, ready to show off our hard work and confidence on stage.

We also spent Thursday morning playing with our new friends who will be joining us in January.
