We’ve had a wonderful and busy week of learning, exploring, and working together! 

🐠 We joined Rainbow Fish on an important mission to protect the ocean! Pirate Pete accidentally dropped his recycling into the sea, so we helped clean up his mess. The children worked hard sorting a variety of materials to learn about recycling and caring for our environment.

🔁 We’ve been exploring repeating patterns in the environment and in the classroom. The children enjoyed spotting and creating their own patterns using colours, shapes, and objects.

🧥 Pirate Pete needed help again — this time with a new coat! We tested different materials to find out which ones were waterproof. The children made predictions, tested their ideas, and discovered the best materials to keep Pirate Pete dry on his next adventure!

✨ We expressed our creativity by making beautiful firework pictures! The children explored colour and made bursting fireworks in the night sky.

🔤 This week, we learned about the letter i. We explored the sound it makes and sorted items that begin with i. The children enjoyed identifying and grouping objects, helping to build their early reading skills.

✨ It has been an exciting week filled with curiosity, teamwork, and creativity. We are proud of all the brilliant learning the children have done!
