It’s been another wonderful week in Dosbarth Gwenynen!

Our clever learners have been busy exploring shapes to make some fantastic pictures. We’ve seen fish, boats and even pirates made from triangles, circles and squares – amazing creativity! 🔺⚪️🟦

In phonics, the children have been practising the letter ‘t’, learning its sound, how to form it correctly, and spotting it in words all around our classroom. To go along with this, we created our very own treasure maps filled with words beginning with ‘t’ – from ‘tree’ and ‘tent’ to ‘tiger’ and ‘toothbrush’! 🏴‍☠️✨

In maths, we’ve been working hard on number formation 1–5, using lots of fun, hands-on activities to make sure our numbers are neat and the right way around. 🔢

To finish the week, we enjoyed some pumpkin carving, exploring the textures inside and designing spooky and silly faces together. The classroom smelled like autumn, and everyone got stuck in with smiles all around! 🎃🍂
