Croeso nôl! Welcome back to all our returning children and a very warm welcome to all our new children joining Dosbarth Gwenynen!

What a fantastic first week we have had! It has been lovely to welcome everyone back after the summer break and to see the children settling into nursery so well.

This week, we have been busy investigating our classroom and school environment, getting to know our new surroundings, exploring the different areas of provision and learning our nursery routines.

The children have been fantastic at settling in and have already begun building new friendships. It has also been wonderful to hear all about their summer adventures and experiences. We have loved listening to the children's news and sharing their excitement about everything they have been doing over the holidays!

 Welly Wednesday Adventures!

Next week, we will be starting our Welly Wednesday adventures!

We will be spending time outdoors exploring, investigating and learning through our wonderful school environment.

Please could all children bring a pair of wellies to school to keep in nursery. Please make sure they are clearly labelled with your child's name.

 PE – Fridays

PE will take place every Friday.

On Fridays, please send your child to school wearing their PE kit:

•  White T-shirt
•  Navy tracksuit bottoms or shorts
•  Trainers

Please ensure all items of clothing are clearly labelled with your child's name.

 Snack Reminder

Please remember to send your child in with a healthy snack of either fruit or vegetables only.

We have a nut allergy in our class, so please do not send any nuts or products containing nuts into school.

 A Wonderful Start!

We are so proud of how well the children have settled into Dosbarth Gwenynen this week. We are looking forward to all the exciting adventures, learning and discoveries that lie ahead!
