A Year of Learning, Adventure, Creativity and Memories to Treasure!

What an Incredible Year We've Had!

As we reach the end of another fantastic school year, we are so proud of everything the children have achieved. It has been a year full of learning, laughter, creativity and unforgettable memories.

The children have worked incredibly hard in all areas of the curriculum and have shown resilience, determination and a real enthusiasm for learning. They have grown in confidence, challenged themselves and should all be very proud of everything they have accomplished.

This year has been packed with exciting experiences. We enjoyed fascinating visits to the Roman Museum, Techniquest and Cardiff Museum, where the children brought their classroom learning to life through hands-on activities and discovery. One of the highlights of the year was welcoming the Reptile Man into school, where everyone had the opportunity to meet some amazing snakes, lizards and other fascinating creatures!

Our topics have taken us on some incredible learning journeys. We explored the battles and lifestyles of the Celts and Romans, ventured into the wonders of Space, and discovered the beauty and importance of the Rainforests. The children embraced every topic with curiosity, enthusiasm and a love of learning.

Alongside their academic achievements, the children have also shown their wonderful creative talents through beautiful artwork, imaginative projects and outstanding performances. Our Year 2 Christmas Concert filled us all with festive cheer, while our Year 3 Summer Play was a fantastic celebration of confidence, teamwork and talent. We could not have been prouder of every child who took part.

As the school year comes to an end, we would like to say a huge thank you to all of our parents and families. Your support with reading, homework, school events and, most importantly, the love, encouragement and emotional support you provide your children every day has made a real difference. We truly value the partnership between home and school, and we couldn't have achieved so much without your continued support throughout the year.

Finally, we would like to thank all of our wonderful children for making this year so special. It has been an absolute pleasure to teach and watch each and every one of you grow, not only as learners but as kind, caring and thoughtful individuals.

Although we will miss you all, it is now time for you to spread your wings, continue to grow and embrace the exciting adventures that lie ahead. We know you will continue to shine and make us proud wherever your next journey takes you. Myself, Mrs Harrop, Mrs Jones and Mr Dean would also like to say a big thank you for your kind gifts. They are very thoughtful

We wish you all the very best for the year ahead. Have a wonderful, safe and happy summer, and good luck in your new classes!
