A Week of Jungle Fun
This week we have been investigating the jungle habitat, learning about the animals that live there and exploring how the jungle differs from Wales. Our learning has been inspired by our Book of the Week, A Rumble in the Jungle.
We have been very busy in all areas of learning. In the creative area, we have been making paper-chain jungle snakes. In the construction area, we have been building tall jungle canopies. During maths activities, we have been sorting animals by the number of legs they have, and in the literacy area we have been using adjectives to describe jungle animals.
We hope all our dads have a well-earned relaxing day on Sunday, and we look forward to seeing everyone again on Monday.
A reminder that next Thursday (25th June) will be our Jump Out Day. The children are eager to show you all the things they have been getting up to this term as part of our enquiry, Nature Detectives. They are also excited about selling the wonderful items they have been making in class at our Nature Craft Stall from 2pm.
Thank you for your continued support.
