We hope you all enjoyed the bank holiday weekend. We are delighted to welcome our children back to nursery and are looking forward to another busy and exciting week ahead.

This week, we took part in a whole-school sponsored event – a sponsored walk in aid of Velindre. We are very proud to share that together we raised nearly £2,000. Thank you so much for your generosity and support.

We have been very lucky with the weather and have spent lots of time outdoors. The children have enjoyed Welly Wednesday, sports day practice, and lots of exciting challenges in our outdoor area.

In maths, we have been investigating big numbers and have begun to explore and write these numbers with growing confidence.

The children have also been very creative, using a variety of loose parts to design and make their own bears. Their ideas and imagination have been fantastic to see.
