Final week before Easter

Dosbarth Draenog - 26.3.26

What a week it has been! Our classroom has felt less like a school and more like a high-end design studio and research lab. We’ve wrapped up three major milestones, and the energy (much like an EV battery!) is at an all-time high.

✉️ To the CEO: Professionalism in Action

We have officially polished and "sent" our formal letters to the CEO of Aston Martin. The students worked incredibly hard on their persuasive language, formal tone, and presentation. From suggesting sleek design tweaks to inquiring about the future of luxury travel, their voices were clear, respectful, and professional. Look out, Aston Martin—the next generation of leaders is ready!

➗ Fractions: The Journey is Complete

We’ve officially reached the finish line of our fractions journey. It wasn't always easy—navigating common denominators and mixed numbers can feel like a maze—but the perseverance shown by every student was inspiring. We’ve moved from "halves and quarters" to mastering complex parts of a whole, and we’re walking away with the confidence to tackle any decimal or percentage that comes our way next.

⚡ The Future is Electric

To top it all off, we concluded our inquiry into Electric Cars. After a range of hands-on activities—exploring how circuits work, investigating battery efficiency, and debating the sustainability of lithium mining—we now have a deep understanding of how the world is shifting gears toward a greener future.
