This week in Dosbarth Gwenynen, we have continued investigating the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar. The children have been sequencing the days of the week and thinking carefully about how many items the caterpillar ate on each day.

We have also been learning about the importance of handwashing. The children took part in a glitter hand-shaking activity to help them see how germs can be transferred, which they really enjoyed and learnt a lot from.

On Thursday, we had a fantastic puppet make-and-play workshop, which was great fun for everyone. Today, we are finishing off the week with our sponsored silent disco – a very exciting end to the half-term!
