For the past two weeks, the Criw Cymraeg have been working closely with our Digital Champions on a range of exciting projects aimed at improving the use of Welsh and ICT across the school — cydweithio gwych!

Pupils worked collaboratively to create eye-catching posters using Adobe, as well as filming and editing videos to share Welsh language messages with the school community and beyond. These digital resources will help encourage everyone to use more Welsh in their day-to-day school life — mwy o Gymraeg ym mhobman!

The teams also used Google Sites to begin creating a Welsh-language website, which will include a growing list of useful Welsh apps and websites to support pupils and staff in developing their Welsh skills both in and out of the classroom. It has been wonderful to see pupils taking responsibility, sharing their skills and learning from one another as they work together. This partnership between Criw Cymraeg and the Digital Champions will continue over the coming weeks as we build on these projects and further strengthen the use of Welsh through digital learning — da iawn pawb!
