Will it ever stop raining?

Dosbarth Draenog - 6.2.26
What a wonderfully busy week we’ve had in Dosbarth Draenog! Our classroom has been buzzing with excitement and learning, and I’m thrilled to share some highlights with you.
In Maths, we dove into the world of division and multiplication, focusing on factor pairs. The children showed impressive enthusiasm as they worked through various problems, discovering how these concepts are interconnected. It was heartening to see them collaborate and support each other, reinforcing their understanding through discussion and teamwork.
Meanwhile, in Literacy, we wrapped up our Narrative Sci-fi writing journey. The creativity displayed by the pupils was nothing short of inspiring! Each student crafted their own unique story, filled with imaginative characters and thrilling plots. I was particularly impressed by how they incorporated elements of science fiction, making their narratives both engaging and thought-provoking. We can’t wait to share these stories with our classmates!
Our Inquiry sessions have been equally exciting, as pupils embarked on their passion projects. Each child chose a topic that sparked their interest, allowing them to conduct a range of research to answer their questions. This initiative not only fosters independence but also encourages them to delve deeper into subjects they love. I’ve seen some fantastic presentations taking shape, and I am eager to see the final outcomes!
As we look forward to another week of learning, I want to thank all the parents for their continued support. Your involvement makes a significant difference in our classroom community. Here’s to more adventures in learning together!
