Outdoor Learning Week 2026
We also celebrated National Outdoor Learning Week with a special visit from Owen Derbyshire, Chief Executive of Keep Wales Tidy. Pupils across the school took part in a range of outdoor activities, including gardening, Forest School, bee keeping and nature exploration. Outdoor learning remains a vital part of our curriculum, supporting the development of key skills, teamwork, confidence, and wellbeing, while helping children to connect meaningfully with the world around them. It was particularly pleasing to see our Pupil Minister for the Environment share the work of the Eco Committee, demonstrating strong pupil voice and leadership.
